    A Customer Care Team Pharmacy Technician will answer incoming customer calls and address the caller’s needs, or route to the appropriate team. The technician is also responsible for daily refills, triaging incoming fax documents, and billing for interim box usage.


    2ND SHIFT: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM


    • Answers multi-line phone, takes care of the callers needs/route appropriately
    • Researches orders
    • Sorts all incoming faxes and distributes to the correct department
    • Pricing for the facilities
    • My Remedi Service call ticket system
    • Utilizes Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
    • Refills orders
    • Generates STAT orders and back up orders
    • Ebox processing on refilling control meds
    • Navigate through DocuTrack and Framework
    • Creates forms in DocuTrack
    • Knows the basic information about name and type of medication
    • Performs other tasks as required


    • High School graduate or equivalent required.
    • Current National/State Pharmacy Certification, and registration with the Board of Pharmacy preferred
    • Basic computer knowledge skills required
    • Basic understanding of medical terminology, math and analytical skills. 
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume call center specializing in LTC, Hospital or related.
    • Friendly voice, ability to answer multi-line telephone system, computer background helpful, organizational, and ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible, personable, customer service oriented, leadership, dependable, cooperative, honest, responsible, and respectful.
