  • Overview

    Organize, manage and distribute all Remedi materials in support of marketing efforts across the enterprise.

    Responsibilities

    1. Organizing, warehousing and shipping of all marketing materials for various trade shows across the country
    2. Printing, compiling and shipping sales presentations to various sales personnel throughout the USA
    3. Use of a commercial grade copying machine to produce, warehouse and ship various marketing materials
    4. Coordinate and schedule all FedEx deliveries for materials on a daily basis
    5. Take incoming calls, e-mails, faxes and occasional text messages from various personnel who may need materials in the company
    6. Laminating and distributing various informational materials necessary to start new clients i.e. tote labels, inventory lists, supply lists, etc. and having these materials in stock when new locations are opened.

    Qualifications

    Education/Certifications:                               

     Bachelors’ degree

     Experience:                                                                        

    One to two years’ experience within a sales / marketing organization or functioning in a role analogous to essential responsibilities outlined above.

     Communication:                                                               

     Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have strong problem solving abilities and a strong customer service focus

    Complexity:                                        

    Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must have strong organizational
